The polymorphisms were detected by PCR-SSCP technique for IL-8R gene of 80 healthy and subclinical mastitics-dairy cows,respectively,then analyzing with the corresponding somatic cell counts in the milk.
本实验采用PCR-SSCP技术分别对80头健康和隐性乳房炎奶牛的IL-8受体基因进行了多态性检测,并与相对应的奶牛乳汁中的体细胞数进行了相关分析,结果表明奶牛IL-8受体基因存在多态性并与隐性乳房炎有关联;在IL-8受体基因PCR-SSCP分析中,分离出7种不同的SSCP带型,其中SSCP5、SSCP7在健康奶牛个体中出现程度较高,说明个体对隐性乳房炎表现较好的抗性;SSCP1、SSCP4在隐性乳房炎奶牛个体中出现程度较高,说明个体对隐性乳房炎易感。

The IL-8R gene and Lactoferrin gene polymorphisms of 80 healthy and subclinical mastitics-dairy cows were detected respectively by PCR-SSCP technique,the somatic cells in the milk were counted.
采用PCR-SSCP技术分别对80头健康和隐性乳房炎奶牛的IL-8受体基因、乳铁蛋白基因进行了多态性检测,并与相对应的奶牛乳汁中的体细胞数进行了相关分析,结果表明,两者都与奶牛隐性乳房炎存在关联;在IL-8受体CXCR1基因PCR-SSCP分析中,SSCP5、SSCP7在健康奶牛个体中出现程度较高,说明个体对隐性乳房炎表现较好的抗性;在乳铁蛋白基因5′调控区的不同基因型中,SSCP1对奶牛隐性乳房炎有很好的抗性。
