Taking the Shanxi high rivermine pit coal dressing plant essence,the mixed coal product warehouse project as an example,this paper introduced the design,the construction technical procedure,the main points of the slip form installment of flexibility service platform as well as problems and the countermeasures in the construction,which were of significance to the future similar construction.
