Based on the analysis of the equipment status and problems on the manufacturing industry in western China, the proposal of implementing green remanufacturing of machine tools to improve the equipment capability of manufacturing industry in western China is presented.
本文分析了我国西部制造业装备状况及存在的问题,提出了实施机床绿色再制造提升西部制造业装备能力的思路;阐述了机床绿色再制造的定义及内涵,建立了包括废旧机床再设计技术、机床零部件修复与再制造技术、机床整机再制造技术(包括机床环境友好性改进技术、机床节能性提升技术、机床信息化提升技术等)、质量控制技术以及其他支撑技术的机床绿色再制造技术框架;结合重庆机床集团机床再制造应用案例,介绍了绿色再制造机床的综合性能;最后分析了机床绿色再制造的综合效益,展示了对于提升西部制造业装备能力的重要意义。

针对传统数据包络分析评价模型中对指标赋权方法研究的不足,以军工企业装备维修能力的评价为例,在构建装备维修能力评价指标的基础上,利用SPSS软件计算出各决策单元的因子得分,并依据可测函数的有关性质对非正得分进行转换,利用转换结果构建了数据包络分析的有关输入、输出矩阵,最终构建出基于因子分析(Factor Analysis,FA)与数据包络分析(Data EnvelopmentAnalysis,DEA)的F-DEA赋权耦合模型。
