In this paper,the author introduces three steps in line with local conditions and "first lead to the hole,and then enlarge dig" method at the municipal complex environment of large-section tunnel,directly aiming at the the tunnel for different geological conditions.

三台(saotai)针灸穴名。出《抱犊粼》。牛即.甲穴。绪位于第二、三脚稚棘突间的凹陷处正中，一穴。皮下有斜方肌、葵形肌起始胜及项韧带，棘突间为棘间韧带、棘间肌，有肋间动、静脉和第二脚神经的背侧支分布。老针、圆利针或小宽针向前下方刺入3~5厘米。主治前肢和项脊风湿。(张泉鑫)
