43m diameter slurry and air-pressured shield machine as employed in Changjiang Tunnel Project,Shanghai has been analysed in respect to various parameters during its process of advance,the force of face support,relevant parameters of synchronized grouting and deviation of slurry flow,good results have been obtained for controls of various parameters after their comparison with the data monitored.

The intrinsic flow rate deviation in the water-wall of boiler and its overtemperature tube-burst conditions have been briefly analysed.

The paper makes an important on the heat deviation calculation based on the Soviet standard of thermal calculation, the national standard of the boiler hydrodynamics calculation (JB/Z201 83) and the scientific research results on the flow deviation along the box axis and the radiant heat deviation in the same board.

The leak mainly has three reasons:the heat absorption deviation,the flow deviation and the structure deviation.

To remedy the defects of optimal scheduling model for water supplying pumping stations, an improved model based on flow difference minimization is presented, which satisfies the parallel characteristics of pumping stations.
