In high water level condition in seasonal frozen soil region,the aggregative indexes of the large channel panels are higher because the foundation soil has high moisture content,strong frost heave and powerful ice thrust.

Aimed at the disadvantage of traditional design method of large channel,the concept of geographic data information and three dimensional model were involved in the design and a comparatively ideal designing method was advanced in this paper.

The large-scale water delivery channel usually passes through a mass of transferring structures,how to reasonably determine the head loss of these structures is a key question in the simulation of channel operation dispatching.
