Because visual media technology is widely used in life, we have built a visual media platform to develop multiple functions and the aim of this project is to add two new functions into this visual media platform based on OSG, which are 3D model retrieval and realistic display.

Taking TV media platform as an example,this paper starts with the research on how competitive platform enterprises decide the quality level of platform,and builds a competitive model for two-sided duopoly market in order to give a reference of price structure.

By utilizing several visual media including image,video,3D model and motion capture data,character animation comes up as a cross research field of visual media fusion.

Visual media is presented here as an art form with inherent design express.
