To study the ultrustructural changes of epithelial ovarian cancer cells on tumor-bearing nude mice model after treated with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA).
每只荷瘤裸鼠经胃管针给药ATRA剂量为2mg/kg 2d×4周,取新鲜肿瘤组织进行电镜制样观察。

2、观察不同化疗剂量对荷瘤裸鼠的治疗作用:将肿瘤长至8-10mm的裸鼠25只随机分为五组,每组5只,Ⅰ组1mg/kg,Ⅱ组2mg/kg,Ⅲ组3mg/kg,Ⅳ组4mg/kg,对照组为等量生理盐水,采用腹腔注射,隔日1次。
