性质:又称磷化。化学转化膜处理的方法之一。在适当条件下用可溶性磷酸盐或磷酸盐与磷酸的混合物溶液处理金属,使金属表面生成不溶性的膜。所得的膜富有防锈效果,并具有强化漆膜附着力的作用。该层膜还具有润滑作用,提高金属的冷轧加工性。主要用于普通低碳钢和铝制品的处理。单一的磷酸盐膜对钢没有足够的防护作用,而由磷酸盐膜和漆膜组合的系统具有良好的防护作用。
