1) Ziyin Jiedu Tongluo Methods
滋阴解毒通络

Objective:To observe the role of D28/B7 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and explore the mechanism of Ziyin Jiedu Tongluo Methods(ZYJDTLM)treatment.
方法:63例SLE患者随机分为2组:西医组(32例)采用强的松、环磷酰胺治疗;中西医结合组(31例)采用滋阴解毒通络联合强的松、环磷酰胺治疗,均治疗3个月。

Objective:By means of observing the effects of "Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo drink" on left ventricular hypertrophy and vasoactive substances of SHR to inquire the intervention effect of "Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo drink" to left ventricular hypertrophy,and provide theoretical and experimental basis for pathogenesis hypothesis of "du sun xin luo".
目的:观察滋阴潜阳解毒通络饮对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左室心肌形态及血管活性物质的影响,探讨滋阴潜阳解毒通络饮对高血压LVH的干预作用及对“毒损心络”病机假说提供理论和实验依据。

Methods Sixty subjects were divided into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with western routine medicine and "Ziyin Jiedu Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated just with western routine medicine,with a course of four weeks.
方法将60例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组同时加用中药滋阴解毒方。
