性质:钢筋做为钢材的全称是(预应力)钢筋混凝土用钢筋。钢筋从外形分两类,一类是光面钢筋,一类是变形钢筋。光面钢筋就是变通碳素钢圆钢(参见圆钢),直径8~50毫米。变形钢筋则是表面带筋的钢筋,通常带有两道纵筋利沿长度方向均匀分布的横筋,公称直径8~50毫米。根据横筋的不同分布,变形钢筋还分为螺旋形、人字形和月牙形钢筋(见图)。变形钢筋的材质是低合金结构钢。钢筋按强度分级,光面钢筋的屈服点/抗拉强度(即屈强比)不小于235/370兆帕,属I级;变形钢筋的屈强比不小于315/490兆帕的属Ⅱ级,不小于370/570兆帕的属Ⅲ级,不小于540/835兆帕的属Ⅳ级。另一种变形钢筋叫预应力钢筋混凝土用热处理钢筋,是由高强度(屈强比1325/1470兆帕)的硅锰系列代号为RB150的钢种(40Si2Mn,48Si2Mn,45Si2Cr)经过热轧、淬火和回火调质热处理制成的,公称直径有6毫米、8.2毫米和10毫米3种,钢筋的螺纹外形,分为有纵筋和无纵筋的两种(见图)。
