Compared to the traditional methods which uses control points to track the movement of the suture geometrically or which uses mass-spring model to simulate the interaction between the soft-tissue and the suture, our method has its superiority in both visual and haptic realism,and in both suture and tying simulation.
主要是针对了缝合模拟中的三个主要难点:(1)缝合中的打结模拟,(2)缝合中真实合理的力反馈模拟,以及(3)缝合模拟的视觉真实感,一一进行了攻破。
