In this thesis,the method of the coupled thermo-mechanical numerical simulation was used to research the precision forging process of second-class blade made of alloy TA11.
因此,本文采用三维热力耦合数值模拟的方法对TA11合金二级转子叶片精锻成形规律进行了研究,主要研究内容如下:(1)从二级转子叶片的工艺入手,对其工艺过程进行了设计;运用大型工程软件UG作为几何建模工具,设计并创建了挤杆、镦头、预锻、终锻的模具,同时利用有限元分析软件DEFORM模拟叶片精锻成形工艺过程,通过模拟结果的反馈修正创建的几何模型。
