攀钢新钢钒股份有限公司冷轧厂1号热镀锌机组在进行连续退火炉两用机组(镀锌/退火)改造过程中,在炉内只设置了1套纠偏系统,造成生产中带钢跑偏严重,通过将新增热张力辊的1号辊改造成手动纠偏辊后,实现了水平炉与立式炉之间的带钢纠偏控制,使机组顺利投产。

The rectifying roller of single roller rectifying device for changing direction proves best effect since the roller swings parallely, to the strip steel at the entrance, which makes the angle between swinging plane of rectifying roller′s axis and strip steel at the entrance to be zero.
转向单辊纠偏装置中的纠偏辊平行于入口带钢摆动 ,使纠偏辊轴线摆动平面与入口带钢带夹角为 0°,纠偏效果很好 ;在不允许设计成此种摆动型式时 ,让纠偏辊轴线摆动平面与入口带钢夹角小于 45°,避免出现反向螺旋作用 ,才能收到较好纠偏效果。
