性质:双光束分光光度计当两光束能量平衡时,其微电流计指针为零的原理。使用伺服操作的衰减器就可实现这种平衡。当光路系统中样品光路放上试样则对光能量具有吸收,此时通过伺服电机的转动,使衰减器在参比光路中移动,产生同样大小的吸收加以匹配。微电流计指针在未有样品吸收时处于零位,有吸收时则偏转一个角度,当伺服电机带动衰减器工作后,指针回零。由于衰减器的运动可使记录器绘制出所需光谱图。
