中国最近30年以来的经济转型是伴随着区域经济的重构与整合推进的,这种重构与整合发生在两个大的“区域”层面:一是包涵了港澳及台湾在内的所谓“大中国”经济区,整合属于不同关税区之间的经济整合,不仅涉及到商品市场的整合,而且涉及到货币一体化问题,区域经济整合的侧重点在于市场整合;另一是大陆内部以省域经济为代表的行政区,整合属于同一关税区、同一货币体系下不同行政区之间的经济整合,超出了狭义的市场整合的内涵,属于广义的经济整合与区域重构。
