tUd 11咖ng 11叩ou士地利用结构(就川ctu比of land use)特定区域，国民经济各部门(农业和非农业)用地面积占土地总面积的比重。在农业内部，土地利用结构是指种植业、林业、牧业、渔业、副业用地面积占土地总面积的比重。在城镇，土地利用结构通常指行政部门、工业、商业、运输业、港口、住宅区、学校、道路、公用设施、绿化地带用地面积所占的比重。 土地利用结构具有动态变化的特点。例如，人口不断增长，为了生存和发展，人们常不断垦殖草地、林地为耕地，发展种植业。在市场经济条件下，比较利益驱动，常把一些耕地改为鱼塘或果园。城镇建设和道路建设占地，使耕地日益减少。不合理的土地利用结构是一种短期行为，损害了国家整体利益和生态环境效益，因此，必须在国家宏观调控下实行土地利用结构优化，达到生态、经济、社会三大效益统一。 对土地利用结构调查研究，可以分析研究国民经济各部门及其内部用地在整个用地中所占的地位及其相互之间的关系，从而评价各部门用地类型的组合特点和综合发展水平。 (梁佩谦)
