对连州电厂440t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉进行了燃烧优化调整试验,为此,分析了炉内脱硫(主要指钙硫物质的量比[n(Ca)/n(S)])对床温、飞灰中碳的质量分数、锅炉效率以及污染物排放等方面的影响,可为锅炉的安全、环保经济运行提供参考。

It is suggested that the decline of sulfur trioxide concentration because of the in-furnace desulphurization process reduces the dew point of CFB boiler flue gas which makes waste heat utilization possible.
循环流化床锅炉由于实现炉内脱硫,烟气中三氧化硫的含量低,所以烟气的露点低,为烟气余热利用提供了条件。
