Background:Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)is one of the most important causes of morbidity and mortality in bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients.
方法与目的:本文通过收集来自28名骨髓及造血干细胞移植患者的528份全血标本,利用免疫化学细胞染色法检测pp65和IE抗原,及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HCMV特异性的IgM,并对结果进行比较分析,判断其诊断HCMV活动性感染的价值。

Method:The bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells were isolated from nonobese diabetic mice by means of magnetic activated cell sorting(MACS) using the stem cell antige1(Sca-1) expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem cells.
方法:运用针对小鼠干细胞表面特异表达的干细胞抗原-1(Sca-1),采用磁性细胞分选方法(MACS)分离NOD鼠骨髓造血干细胞,并应用流式细胞术(FACS)监测分选效果。

充满骨内腔隙的柔软组织。约占体重的4.5%，是人体最大的造血器官。分为红骨髓和黄骨髓。胎儿及婴幼儿的骨髓都是红髓，约从5岁开始，长骨骨干骨髓腔内的红骨髓出现脂肪组织，红骨髓逐渐被黄骨髓所代替，黄骨髓随年龄增长而增多，成人的红骨髓和黄骨髓约各占一半。成人的红骨髓主要分布在扁骨、不规则骨及长骨骺端的松质骨中，具有活跃的造血功能。黄骨髓充满在长骨骨干的骨髓腔内，主要由脂肪组织构成，已停止造血，但黄骨髓仍保持着造血的潜能，当机体需要时还可转变为红骨髓进行造血。
