Methods The detail of one case of pulmonary Actinomycosis treated at the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University medical college was retrospectively analyzed and reviewed together with those of 25 case previously reported from the literature and confirmed by pathology of biopsy specimens.
目的通过分析国内肺放线菌病患者的临床表现、影像特点、病理变化、诊断、治疗和预后,进一步提高对本病的认识。

肺放线菌病
pulmonary actinomycosis
是衣氏放线菌引起的肺部慢性、化脓性感染或肉芽肿性疾病。临床有发热、脓性黏痰或血痰；侵及胸壁可致胸壁脓肿和瘘管。X线胸片表现中、下肺野片状、结节状炎性浸润或肺实变；肿块影或形成空洞，或有肋骨及脊椎破坏。痰及脓液镜检发现硫磺颗粒、革兰染色阳性菌丝；培养有放线菌生长可明确诊断。治疗首选青霉素，四环素和林可霉素亦有效。已造成组织破坏、脓肿形成者需手术引流、窦道切除、肋骨切除治疗。
