Conclusion Polypoid lesions of gallbladder surgery indications:1 the one had Gallbladder polypoid lesion and a history of recurrent attacks of cholecystitis;2 the lesions had increased;3 the diameter of lesions were more than 10mm;4 the single and non-pedicle lesions;5 had a family history of tumors.
