In this study, compared with MEK signaling transduction way inhibitor PD98059 and U0126, we treated HCC cell line of SMMC-7721 cell with Sodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6(SCAVB6) of the effetive composition of the Cantharidin to study their effect on MAPK、JAK-STAT signaling pathway to HCC cell.
本研究利用斑蝥活性成分斑蝥酸钠维生素B6(Sodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6,SCVB6)作用于肝癌SMMC-7721细胞株,以MEK途径特异性抑制剂PD98059及U0126作为对照,观察SCVB6对肝癌细胞的MAPK、JAK-STAT信号通路的影响。
