Mechanical stimulations were applied on the cells in vitro using a cyclic biaxial mechanical stimulation device, and the stimulations were respectively applied to the cells for periods of 1,3 and 6 hours to each group respectively, once a day for 2 days.

Based on mechanical sensor system,related signaling factors,and routine of cellular mechanotransduction,the regulation of bone shape and mass can be attained by which mechanical stimuli on bone are translated into biological signals in bone cells,propagated through the network of cells in bone,and affected gene expression or protein in bone cells.
