高聚物基复合材料手糊成型hand lay for voly-mer matrix composites将加有固化剂的热固性树脂混合料、玻璃纤维及其织物，在模具上用手工铺放浸渍层合，使两者粘结在一起形成制品的方法。又称接触成型法。是高聚物基复合材料成型方法中最基本、最广泛使用的一种工艺方法。按固化温度分，有热固化和常温固化成型;按工艺装备和加压方法分，有袋压和湿糊低压成型法 手糊成型的工艺过程是先在模具上涂一层脱模剂，然后将加有固化剂的树脂棍合料用刮刀刮涂或毛刷刷涂在模具上，再在涂敷的胶层上铺放裁好的玻璃布等增强材料，用刮刀或毛刷迫使树脂胶液均匀地浸入织物，排除气泡，待增强材料为树脂胶液浸透之后，再放一层，反复涂刷树脂和铺放增强材料直到所需的层数，然后进行固化、脱模和修饰。 手糊成型方法所需设备简单，成型方便，不受制品几何尺寸及形状的限制，在制品的各部位可铺放不同规格的增强材料，可以作到合理使用材料。 (汪泽霖)
