Bi-syndrome due to external injury by blood stasis in early stage was treated with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction.
运用中医辨证分型治疗股骨头坏死 ,早期外伤瘀血痹阻型予活血止痛汤 ;中期内损肝肾亏虚型 ,予生髓强骨丹 ;后期久病气血两虚型予益气壮骨汤。

Objective:To explore the regulatory and mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Hua Tan Decoction (BSHXHTD) in treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and sputum dampness syndrome.
目的:探讨补肾活血化痰汤治疗肾虚血瘀痰阻型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及作用机理。

Objective:To observe prevention and cure rote of the self-made Tongluo Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia(Phlegm Stasis-Bizu) in rat,and make a preliminary study on its mechanism.
目的:观察自拟通络化痰汤对冠心病心绞痛(痰瘀痹阻证)大白鼠的防治作用,并初步探讨其作用机理。

| 喉痹 以咽喉红肿疼痛为主要表现的多种中医病证的总称。包括喉痛、乳蛾、白喉及口腔疾病等病证。喉痹多因风热毒邪结聚，气滞血瘀，经脉痹阻；或脏腑亏损，虚火上炎等引起。常见证型有：①风热喉痹。相当于西医的急性咽炎。证见咽喉红肿疼痛，干燥灼热，欲饮水，吞咽感觉不利，伴发热，恶寒，咳嗽痰黄，舌苔微黄，脉浮数。治宜疏风清热，解毒利咽，方用疏风清热汤等。②虚火喉痹。相当于西医的慢性咽炎。证见自觉咽喉不适，微痛干痒，入夜加重，有灼热感或异物感，面潮红，虚烦失眠，盗汗，五心烦热，舌红少苔，脉细数。治宜滋阴降火，清利咽喉，方用养阴清肺汤、六味地黄丸等。 |
