Objective To investigate the relationship among HBV serum marker,HBV-DNA and HBV pre-S1 antigen and evaluate the effect of PreS1 antigen on HBV duplication and the use for diagnosis of hepatitis B.
方法收集1750例乙型肝炎患者血清,按不同HBV-M进行分组:HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、HBcAb(+)为A组,HBsAg(+)、HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+)为B组,HBsAg(+)、HBcAb(+)为C组,HBsAg(+)为D组,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测乙肝病毒PreS1与HBV血清标志物,荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA。
