[原料/调料]
蛤仔20粒,猪肚1/2个,鲜香菇6朵,荷兰豆50克。
[制作流程]
①将猪肚反面用盐冲洗,再用油擦洗两遍、然后用热水煮熟透,捞起待凉。将鲜香菇、荷兰豆、蛤仔洗净。香菇对切,荷兰豆去头尾。
②将冷却后的猪肚切块,放回原来的猪肚汤内,加入鲜香菇,待滚后再放蛤仔于汤内,然后加入荷兰豆,最后用盐、味精调味即可。
