即"毛细血管"。是微循环中的主要血管,它由单层内皮细胞组成,无平滑肌。因此无主动缩、舒能力,而完全受体液因素的调节,受毛细血管前、后小血管功能状态的影响,一般认为它的扩张和收缩是被动的。它具有长(体内毛细血管总长6万里以上),大(即它的容量很大,它可以超过全身动,静脉的总容量),广(分布全身各组织),薄(只有内皮细胞,基底膜和周围细胞组成)四大特点。
