本试验研究以人参榕实生小苗为试材,对人参榕块根和叶片的可溶性总糖、淀粉、根部的木质素和纤维素、块根内源激素等生理变化规律进行研究,从组织解剖学上观察了块根的膨大过程,运用植物生长调节剂进行块根膨大调控技术研究,取得的主要研究结果如下:1、石蜡切片观察结果表明,未膨大根和膨大块根内部结构存在差别,首先,未膨大根主要处于初生生长阶段,而膨大的块根内部则出现典型的次生构造,维管形成层和木栓形成层出现并进行相应的活动,产生次生维管组织和周皮,导致块根不断膨大。
