The resultes as followes:(1) A high melanin-producing strain was isolated from the fruit-body collected from Huangshan Mountain,China,and identified as Plectania sp.
本文对高产黑色素菌株的分离、诱变选育、突变株培养条件的优化、大罐发酵、胞内黑色素的提取、黑色素的理化性质、生物学功能进行了研究,并对黑色素的结构进行了初步鉴定,主要结果如下:(1)从黄山采集的子实体中分离获得-高产黑色素菌株,经鉴定为暗盘菌属。

In this manuscript,the extraction process of melanin from Plectania YM421,and the abilities of anti-ultraviolet ray irradiation,antioxidative on phosphatidylcholine and bean oil of the melanin were studied.
对暗盘菌YM421菌株胞内黑色素的提取工艺、抗紫外线活性、抗卵磷脂氧化和抗油脂氧化进行了研究。
