旧d lanJ一eeao fe一tankuol ehul-铝电解槽废炭块处理(disposal of waste ca卜bon pieee of aluminium eleetrotytie eell)消除铝电解槽大修时排出的废阴极炭块中的有害物质对环境的污染,并使其中的有价组分得到综合利用的过程。当用冰晶石熔盐电解法生产金属铝时,电解质中的氟、钠等会逐渐渗透到阴极炭块的微孔中,使其密度增大,体积膨胀而导致槽体变形损坏,当电解槽使用3一4a后,需大修拆除废炭块。每电解h铝排出废炭块约42kg。废炭块的主要化学成分(%)为:C 51.24%,F8 .77%,NaZO 17.35%,AI:03 7.85%,CaO 3.25%,510:3.54%。 由于铝电解槽废炭块含氟等有害物质,遇水后有毒物溶出造成对环境的污染。中国山东铝厂,对电解槽大修时拆除的废炭块进行了处理和利用。将除杂、破碎的废炭块随同无烟煤进人烧结法氧化铝生产的生料浆中,代替部分无烟煤作脱硫剂,同时回收了铝、钠、炭等有用组分。 (宋佩洪)
