In this essay the Theory of Human-Job Match will be applied in order to illustrate the importance of job-hunting skills,and some required job-hunting skills are also presented hereby,referring to our college practice,we think carrying out the training and instruction of job-hunting skills proves to effective in reality.

Based on analyzing the current employment situation of Japanese-majored graduates and learning the specific practice on the website of the Japanese colleges and universities,this arcticle points out some problems that should be paid attention to when university students are applying for a job and when the student career services centre is doing some guidance about job-hunting skills.

Methods:The investigative questionnaire of college students value orientation of career choice and job-seeking self-efficacy scale were applied to 189 college students.
