Methods:Paraffin-embedded tissue specimens from 20 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia, 15 cases of simple hyperplasia, 16 cases of complex hyperplasia, 15 cases of normal proliferative and 16 cases of normal secretory.
方法:选择2003年1月至2008年12月在我院住院手术的子宫内膜不典型增生内膜标本20例为研究组,选择同期诊刮的子宫内膜单纯型增生、复杂型增生标本各15例和16例,以及同期因CIN行子宫全切的增殖期和分泌期内膜标本各15例和16例,共62例为对照组。

Methods: The expression of ER and PR in 33 cases of endometrial carcinoma,39 cases of endometrial cystohyperplasia,31 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases of normal endometrium in control group were detected by using LSAB immunohistochemical method.
方法:采用LSAB法对33例子宫内膜癌、39例子宫内膜单纯型增生、31例子宫内膜非典型增生及31例正常子宫内膜标本进行ER、PR的检测。

Methods: The expression of K-ras gene in 33 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 39 cases of endometrial cystohyperplasia, 31 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases of normal endometrium in control group was detected by using LSAB immunohistochemical method.
方法:采用抗生物蛋白链菌素标记(LSAB)法检测33例子宫内膜癌、31例子宫内膜非典型增生、39例子宫内膜单纯型增生及31例正常子宫内膜标本中Kras癌基因的表达。

卵巢间质增生和卵泡膜增生
单纯卵巢间质增生所致双侧卵巢增大，即‘卵巢间质增生’；有黄素化间质细胞者称‘卵泡膜增生’。多发生于绝经后，可能因绝经后下丘脑-垂体功能紊乱，卵巢间质对垂体促性腺激素的一种增生性反应。常伴发糖尿病、高血压、肥胖、和甲状腺功能减退。临床上出现雌激素或雄激素过高现象。可伴子宫内膜增生甚至内膜癌等病变。
