调肝止血法

Purpose:To investigate the mechanisms of Chaihu Zhixuetang stopping bleeding to cure the bleeding after medical abortion of mid trimester of pregnancy, in order to provide the train of thought and method to cure haemorrhagia.
目的：探讨调肝止血法治疗中孕大鼠药物流产后子宫异常出血症的作用机制,为临床治疗妇产科子宫异常出血症提供思路和方法。

肝门区分离结扎血管切肝法
hepatectomy by exclusion of portal vessels
又称“Glisson法”。指在肝门区解剖出通向病侧肝脏的血管和胆管，予以结扎切断，然后将病肝切除的手术方式。此为规则性肝切除术的一种方法。操作较为复杂，手术时间较长。近年来，出现了采用术中B超引导直接通过肝实质预先结扎、切断供应，切除肝段、肝叶或半肝的血管和胆管，然后切除相应的肝组织。较前一种手术更为简便、省时、出血少且相对安全。
