| 剥苔 舌苔全部或部分剥落的苔质 。观舌苔剥落 ，可测胃气、胃阴的存亡，判断疾病的预后。舌苔全部退去，以致舌面光洁如镜，称光剥苔，又称镜面舌、光莹舌，主阴津枯竭，胃气将绝。若舌苔剥落不全，剥落处光滑无苔，余处斑驳地残存舌苔，界限明显，称为花剥苔。花剥苔是胃之气阴两伤所致。花剥而兼腻苔者，多为痰浊未化，正气已伤，病情更为复杂。若舌苔不规则地大片脱落，边缘厚苔界限清楚，形似地图，称为地图舌，儿童多见，一般与阴虚体质有关。若剥落处并不光滑，似有新生颗粒的称类剥苔，为久病气血两虚。 |
