In order to change people s traditional economical view and the values bias that green buildings are costly,the composition of green building s life-circle cost and its economic and technical evaluation index system is studied in this paper.
研究了建筑全寿命周期费用的组成及绿色建筑经济技术评价指标体系,从全寿命周期费用的角度来考察绿色建筑的经济效益,改变人们用传统的经济观和价值观对绿色建筑"高成本"的片面认识,使开发和保护绿色建筑成为人们的自觉行动。
