muscular tonisity
又称“肌紧张”，是在肌肉松弛时被动运动中所遇到的阻力，即静息状态下肌肉的紧张度。检查时应嘱病人尽量松弛，避免紧张，检查者握住患儿的肢体，以不同的速度和幅度来回活动其各个关节，注意所感受到的阻力，并对两侧比较，以了解肌紧张力的程度。
