【Material and Methods】25 patients who had clinically and electro-physiologically been confirmed irreparable brachial plexus injury and had reconstruction of wrist extension and finger extension or reconstruction of finger extension in Huashan Hospital in December 2003~May 2008 are involved in this research.
【目的】进行回顾性临床研究,总结不可逆臂丛神经损伤的肌腱移位伸腕伸指功能重建和单纯伸指功能重建两种手术的临床疗效,比较它们的效果,探讨单纯伸指功能重建在治疗不可逆臂丛神经损伤的可行性。

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of electromyography(EMG) biofeedback techniques on increasing muscle strength and EMG signal in the wrist extensor in hemiplegic patients.
结论操作性肌电生物反馈能明显提高偏瘫患者腕伸肌肌力和肌电信号,病程长短对疗效无明显影响。
