In this paper, experiments were made in air utilizing EDM machine withφ2 YK10 bar as electrode material and high speed steel M2(W6Mo5Cr4V2)as substrate material to investigate the rules of electrospark deposition process, some other materials were also used as electrodes and the results indicate that a satisfying strengthened layer with high microhardness can be obtained.
本文利用电火花成形机床从以下几个方面对空气中放电沉积的工艺规律进行了研究:在电火花成形机床上采用φ2的YK10硬质合金棒做工具电极,高速钢M2(W6Mo5Cr4V2)为工件的空气中电火花放电沉积试验以及其它电极材料的放电试验,对空气中电火花放电沉积的规律进行了探讨,结果表明选择合适的工艺参数,可获得具有高的显微硬度的强化层。
