兼证 病证名。 ①指感受病邪及其相应的证候分主次，次者为兼。《温热论》：“（温邪）在表初用辛凉轻剂，挟风则加入薄荷、牛蒡之属，挟湿加芦根、滑石之流。”此风和湿均属温热的兼证。 ②病之主证未除，又出现新的症状，而整病情仍以原来主证为主，后出现的病证为兼证。
