阴郄 阴郄 ①经穴名。出《千金要方》。《针灸甲乙经》名手少阴郄。《外台秘要》作少阴郄。属手少阴心经。手少阴之郄穴。在前臂掌侧，当尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧缘，腕横纹上0.5寸。布有前臂内侧皮神经，尺侧为尺神经及尺动脉。主治心痛，惊悸，盗汗，衄血，失音等。直刺0.3-0.5寸。艾炷灸1-3壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。 ②经穴别名。见《医学原始》。即长强。见该条。
