Objective:To explore the treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis by cold light source combined with small incision prowl fenestration decompress effect.
目的探讨冷光源结合小切口开窗潜行治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效方法本组76例,男48例,女28例,年龄46-78岁,平均61岁,均为退行性腰椎管狭窄症,受累间隙84个,其中单间隙68例,L_(3,4) 14例,L_(4,5) 33例,L_5S_1 21例;双间隙8例,其中L_(3,4)、L_(4,5) 2例,L_(4,5)、L_5S_1 6例。
