In this paper, pseudo-enlightenment Xinmin publicity activity to do a more comprehensive study,analysis of its guiding ideology of the "New Citizen" in generated content and nature will consider pseudo-Xinmin the enemy-occupied area in northern China in order to deceive the general public,put the pro-day idea and the Confucian philosophy of combining Wang,miscellaneousa"Xinmin doctrine".
