The PCR DNA sequence method was used to examine the mutation state of P 53 gene in 6 cases of human colon carcinoma cell lines.
采用 PCR- DNA序列分析方法检测 6例人结肠癌细胞株 p5 3基因突变及突变位点 ,应用免疫组化方法检测上述细胞 P5 3蛋白改变 ,结果表明 :6例细胞株中 ,4例显示 p5 3基因突变 ,P5 3蛋白亦呈阳性表达 ,其余 2例则为阴性。
