In this paper,the methodologies of combining excitation-emission fluorescent spectra with second-order calibration based on both the alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD)algorithms and the parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC)algorithms were applied to directly determine salicy late acid(SA)in plasma even in the presence of other uncalibrated interferents.

Two fluorimetric methods,excitation-emission fluorescence spectra combined with alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm and derivative matrix isopotential synchronous fluorescence spectrometry,were developed for the rapid and simultaneous determination of zinc protoporphyrin IX(ZnPP)and protoporphyrin IX(PP)extracted from blood with dimethylformamide(DMF).
