材料：
明虾 ... 450克
蒜头 ... 3瓣(去皮)
姜片 ... 3片
油 ... 1大匙
盐 ... 1/2小匙
盐 ... 1小匙
香菜 ... 少许
油 ... 1大匙
a 料
糖 ... 2小匙
黑醋 ... 2小匙
米酒 ... 1大匙
酱油 ... 1大匙
蕃茄酱 ... 1/4杯
水 ... 3大匙
做法：
1. 大虾背部剪开，剔掉肠泥，不必剥壳。冲洗一下，沥干再用纸巾吸干。
2. 蒜头拍扁。平底锅用中火烧热，倒入油，爆香蒜头和姜片，然后捡掉。
3. 改小火，放入虾，把底部煎黄，撒一半盐，翻面再煎，再撒一半盐。
4. 再a 加盐拌匀平均淋在虾上，盖上锅盖，小火焖到虾变红而且不透明即可。
5. 盛到盘中排好，把锅中酱汁淋在上面，放些香菜装饰，冷食热食皆可。
