Based on the theory of multi-recipient signcryption and self-certificated cryptography,a new multi-recipient signcryption scheme based on self-certified cryptography is proposed from pairings,and its security is proved under the hardness of elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem and bilinear Diffie-Hellman problem.
