The present study was initiated to confirm cytoplasmic localization and enzymatic activity of the CTP-β-gal fusion protein in BaF3-P210 cells and to examine the kinetics and tissue distribution of the fusion protein in mice, which would conduce to research the feasibility of CTP-OD-HA on clinical therapy.
