By analyzing the problems with quality management in the company, it is proposed that "comprehensive quality coefficient" included in output evaluation should be introduced to solve the contradiction between output and quality in the process of production and to handle properly the relationship between quality, output, and efficiency.

By analyzing the conventional calculation method for strength of the pyramidal tube and testing the stress of some typical turning pyramidal tubes,the quantitative relation between the measured value and the calculated value is found,a comprehensive coefficient method is established(named by the authors),which is closer in practice to the calculation method for the strength of pyramidal tube.
