The formation of three derivatives of 8-allyl-7-hydroxycoumarin with the structure of diaryl ethers,which were 8-allyl-7-(2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)coumarin, 8-allyl-7-(2-nitro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)coumarin,8-allyl-7-(4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)co umarin,were studied.
本论文选取了3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯、3-硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯、对溴三氟甲苯三个芳卤化合物对7-羟基-8-烯丙基香豆素进行了二芳基醚结构修饰,通过考察反应物投料比、温度、时间、碱的用量、碱的种类、催化剂的用量、催化剂的种类、溶剂的种类等各种因素对反应的影响,对合成工艺进行了条件优化,得到了反应的较佳条件,三种目标产物的收率分别为7-(2,6-二硝基-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-8-烯丙基香豆素82%(HPLC)、7-(2-硝基-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-8-烯丙基香豆素89。

Ten novel 7-alkoxylcoumarins were synthesized by Williamson reaction of 7-hydroxycoumarin(1) or 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin(2) and five alkyl halides using tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB) as a phase transfer catalyst.
